About egonomics
Marcum and Smith's new book, egonomics is a five-year study on how ego allows people to take their organizations to "good," but without humility never allows them to move to great.
The survey specifically measures three key characteristics that separate great teams from good ones: 1) open minds, 2) intense curiosity, 3) water-cooler honesty. Among other things, it gives a picture of how well we listen to new ideas, we-centric vs. me-centric we are in the way we work together, how open we are to feedback and how courageous we are to give it, and how well we structure our conversations to invite different points of view to make the best decisions. When we've finished the survey, it will give us a grade and a high-level description of our culture based on our grade.
After the Survey
When you've finished the survey, you'll receive an email from MarcumSmith with a link to access the results. The survey is completely anonymous and transparent so everyone can read and think about the results.
